Our license covers the orchestration platform. To actually move mailboxes, Microsoft also requires its own Cross-Tenant User Data Migration license — one per mailbox, purchased from Microsoft (or your CSP) and assigned in the target tenant.
The good part: Microsoft offers a refund for these licenses when the migration completes within 7 days of assignment. Finish fast, request the refund from Microsoft within that window, and Microsoft's licenses effectively cost you nothing. Our platform keeps migrations on a tight schedule precisely so you can stay inside it.
The refund is granted by Microsoft under their program terms — we can't request it on your behalf, but we'll remind you before the window closes.
